Daily fitness challenge
Each day im going to post a fitness related activity for you to do to stay active during our time off. Its important to keep yourself active and not just netflix and chilling. Each activity will take only 10-30 minutes to complete.

Day 1 March 17th
Today is suppose to be the best day of the week weather wise. A perfect day to take a 1/2 mile to mile walk to get some fresh air. Leave your cell phone at home clear your mind and enjoy the day.
Day 2 March 18
Hopefully you all got some fresh air yesterday. I attached a workout out for you to do in your house today. Enjoy and have a nice day.

Day 3 March 19
Happy first day of spring. Hopefully you all are staying active and doing some e- learning. Today is ab day enjoy.

Day 4 March 20
Its Friday. Today I have a flexibility workout for you. Enjoy and have some fun hopefully you all are safe.
Day 5 and 6 March 21 and 22
We made it to the weekend. Have some fun play a board game (guess who, trouble, yahtzee), watch a movie as a family ( Frozen 2) or put a puzzle together.
Day 7 march 23
Today might be a good day to start a journal. Today get a blank notebook and write a few goals you want to achieve this week this month this year. examples( Do some e-learning everyday, read a book, spend more time talking to family, exercise 5 times a week) You have a lot of free time without school so spend some time reflecting and working on things to make you a better person, student, and son/daughter
Decided to change up the workout routine today here's a throwback work out.
Day 8 march 24
Today is tabata tuesday. Follow the workout the best you can. In your journal today write about 1 thing that you want to do after things get back to normal.
Day 9 March 25
Today is walk outside Wednesday. Enjoy the nice weather and fresh air but make sure you keep your 6 feet distance.

Day 10 March 26
Thankful thursday. In your journal write about someone that your thankful for. Todays workout use the sheet below and do the exercises that go with the letters (Thankful Thursday) for example T=wallsit H=5 burpees
Day 11 march 27
Its a fun friday i attached a fun dance workout for today. For your journal today write about things that you do for fun and why you like to do them.
Day 14 March 30
Hopefully you all had a nice weekend. Today is muscle build Monday I attached a 30 minute upper body workout.
